Commercial Finance Association’s Annual Convention: David B. Tatge American Factoring Law Book Signing

David Tatge, together with his co-authors, David Flaxman and Jeremy Tatge, was invited by the Commercial Finance Association (CFA) to sign copies of his most recent book, American Factoring Law, at the CFA’s 2014 Annual Convention in Washington, D.C. on November 14^th, 2014. Mr. Tatge and his co-authors signed at the “Networking Central” booth at the convention in the afternoon. Mr. Tatge is the lead author of American Factoring Law, published in 2009. The 850 page book covers legal and business issues relevant to factors and factoring transactions. CFA is America’s oldest trade association for the asset-based lending and factoring industries, serving the industries and their many thousand members for 70 years.
