He was formerly, before leaving to practice law, an active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who was a “Big 8” Tax Manager and thereafter served as Director of Taxation for a holding company with a half-billion dollars in assets.

As a result of this background, David has a greater depth of experience in financial and commercial law than do most attorneys. His clients have ranged from start-ups to large public companies and major banks in a wide variety of transactions. In addition, he is a seasoned first-chair litigator and has litigated or negotiated numerous successful client outcomes, both at trial and out-of-court, including in several complex, multi-million dollar cases. The firm offers clients the results-oriented services of a seasoned, leading law firm practitioner who can draw on a wide spectrum of knowledge.
