NYIC and IFA Joint Factoring Luncheon: Legal Update

David Tatge co-present the "Legal Update", together with Robert Zadek and Richard Simon at the annual Joint Factoring Luncheon co-hosted each March in New York City by the New York Institute of Credit and the International Factoring Association.

This program focused on current legal issues facing both traditional factors and factors who purchase accounts in niche industries such as staffing, trucking, construction, and health care.
