Nigerian Factoring Law – Seminar for Lawmakers

David Tatge discussed a model factoring law for Africa at a Seminar for Lawmakers held in Lagos, Nigeria on November 29-30, 2017. Presentations were made to the Central Bank of Nigeria as well as to banking committees of both the Nigerian House and Senate.
