David B. Tatge Selected as Fellow of the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers

David B. Tatge has been selected to be a Fellow of the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers (ACCFL). He will be inducted on March 24th at a special dinner to be held in Las Vegas.

"It is an honor and privilege to be elected to the ACCFL, and to join fellow members who are distinguished in the field of commercial finance," said David Tatge.

Mr. Tatge's practice focuses on commercial finance, bankruptcy, and associated business and commercial litigation, nationwide. He is Master of the Bench of both the Walter Chandler American Inn of Court (bankruptcy law) and of the J. Edgar Murdoch American Inn of Court (tax law), as well as a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and of the Business Law section of the American Bar Association. In addition, Mr. Tatge was the lead author of both American Factoring Law (BNA Books, 2009 and 2011 supplement) and The Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee's Manual (John Wiley & Sons, 1993), as well as numerous articles in legal and commercial journals.

The College offers a venue to promote and recognize outstanding achievement and advances in the field of commercial finance law.
