David Tatge contributed to “NJHA Hospital Closure Guidelines: A Bankruptcy Primer,” a publication of the New Jersey Hospital Association’s Health Planning department and office of the General Counsel, in cooperation with several law firms and a former in-house counsel. The guidelines are intended to assist hospitals in becoming more knowledgeable about the bankruptcy process.
